Returns
Can I return an order?
Yes, you can.
If you are not satisfied with the products you ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The order must include all accessories and components, and the packaging must be in its original condition, exactly as you received it.
- The product must have been used as intended; damage resulting from careless use will not be accepted.
- For products where hygiene is a consideration, the item must be properly cleaned before the returns process is initiated.
- Any faulty product must be reported as defective immediately upon receipt.
- We reserve the right to pass the cost of return shipping on to the customer.
- Returns are processed within 7 working days, and provided all conditions are met, the return will be formally accepted within that period.
- We reserve the right to refuse returned goods if we have reason to believe they have been used or damaged — unless this is our responsibility.
How do I return my order?
If your order meets the conditions outlined above, please follow the steps below to begin the returns process:

Please include the following information in your email:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photo of the product (if damaged)
- Your full name
- Your delivery address
Once you have been in touch, we will get back to you and provide the exact return address.
Please never send the product back to the original shipping address — the correct address will be provided after you contact us.
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Right of Withdrawal
The customer has a right of withdrawal under the following conditions, provided they are a natural person acting for purposes outside of their trade, business or profession.
A. CONDITIONS FOR WITHDRAWAL
Right of Withdrawal
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date on which you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the goods.
As Emily & Grace Dublin operates a fully automated system, processing of your order begins immediately upon placement.
For this reason, we are unable to halt the shipping process prior to delivery, and a refund cannot be issued before the product has been received.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Emily & Grace Dublin) of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (for example, by email).
The withdrawal is considered complete once the goods have been returned to us.
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Orders Already in Transit
As Emily & Grace Dublin's products are dispatched from Asia, longer shipping times may occur, which are outside of our control.
If the goods are already in transit, withdrawal is not possible.
Please wait until you have received the product before initiating the returns process.
You are of course welcome to notify us of your intention to withdraw in advance.
To help speed up processing, please send us your proof of postage (tracking number).
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs (and any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard, least expensive option we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notification of your withdrawal and the goods have been returned to us.
The reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
